great location but some noise

The property offers a truly relaxing atmosphere with plenty of trees and a spacious fire pit area. The variety of options for the continental breakfast made mornings enjoyable, especially with fresh fruit and pastries. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. I loved the garden view from my window, which added to the serene experience.

We did encounter some road noise at night.

It was just a solid selection for a weekend breather in Rye with good value for cost. The outdoor seating areas with fire pits were a nice touch to unwind by. Just make sure to check out the parking rules so you don’t end up getting a ticket.

The staff was attentive, efficiently assisting with any requests and ensuring a seamless experience. The complimentary breakfast included fresh coffee and assorted baked goods, which was a pleasant start to the day. The location is ideal, with nearby access to business facilities and beautiful beaches.

our stay at inn at rye place was fantastic! the queen room was spacious, and the bathroom fixtures were top-notch. everything was spotless. the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. plus, the breakfast muffins and coffee were delicious and made our mornings great.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable room, with everything feeling high-end. we particularly enjoyed the gorgeous shower and the comfy beds, while the free wi-fi allowed us to stay connected just 7 km from Pease International Tradeport Airport.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and beautiful picnic area. During my first stay, the staff helped with currency recommendations, which I remember fondly. Don't miss the lovely Adirondack chairs outside!

Our experience was ruined by noisy neighbors. Kids were playing basketball next to our room at 8 PM, completely ruining the atmosphere we were hoping for on our anniversary. To top it off, we returned from breakfast to find our keys didn't work, and a staff member was outside demanding our parking pass with over an hour left until checkout.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The Superior Queen Room was a real gem! Super comfy bed and bright ambiance, perfect for a recharge after digging into local eats. The breakfast was a winner, so easy to grab and go with tasty treats! Plus, the outdoor fire pits make for great chill vibes.

While the main road brings some noise, you’re just a quick drive away from awesome local spots.
